As Principal, Bob leads the firm’s creative team and oversees daily operations, guiding projects through predevelopment, programming, and design phases. He also directs business development initiatives, including sales and marketing strategies, ensuring the firm’s continued growth and visibility. Under his leadership, Kraemer Design Group has earned recognition for award-winning, innovative projects from organizations such as the Construction Association of Michigan, the Michigan Historic Preservation Network, and the Office of the Governor. In 2000, Bob and his partner Maureen Kraemer launched Intramode, LLC—a hospitality and contract procurement firm that benefits from Bob’s vision and leadership. By fostering a unified culture between the two companies, Bob ensures clients receive creative, streamlined, and value-driven service across all touchpoints.
