The windows were replaced in December, January and early February and a second pass across the façade was made in February for some subtle but interesting details: installation of the decorative mullion caps between each window, which are required for historic compliance. The work is interesting because of the big impact such a small change has on the building, creating depth and character at each of the windows, which were relatively flat looking when the windows were first installed.
