KDG joined the project mid-way after the previous architect and interior designer were released. Despite a tight timeline, KDG reviewed existing materials and salvaged usable content to move the project forward. Leveraging our expertise in historic buildings and hospitality projects, we successfully delivered a project that met the client’s expectations.
As the architect and interior designer of record, KDG oversaw the complete renovation, including designing new guestroom layouts and preparing FF&E specifications to ensure seamless execution. We also managed project coordination across all disciplines, including integrating a new interior designer for the public area design which includes a restaurant, bar and meeting spaces.
