Can KDG provide architecture, interior design, historic consulting, and procurement for the same project?

Yes. KDG can combine architecture, interior design, historic expertise, and procurement within one coordinated team. An integrated scope can reduce handoff gaps, align decisions across disciplines, and carry the design intent from initial planning through purchasing and installation.
Can KDG provide a single service or work with an owner’s existing project team?

Yes. KDG can provide a focused service, such as historic consulting, interior design, accessibility review, code consulting, specifications, or procurement, without leading the entire project. The firm also works alongside an owner’s existing architect, engineers, contractor, operator, and other advisers.
At what stage of a project should an owner contact KDG?

Owners benefit most from contacting KDG before property acquisition, lease commitment, or completion of a fixed development program. Early involvement leaves time to test feasibility, identify code and historic constraints, compare options, and align expectations for scope, budget, and approvals.
